With a pair of hands safer than a banker’s bonus, Mark Tyler has gone on to become a firm fans’ favourite since signing in 2009 – bagging the Supporters’ Player of the Year for 2010/11 in the process. And with his John Hancock on a contract extension that’ll keep him at the club until June 2012, we’re all looking forward to watching Mark show us why he’s still the best keeper in the BSBP. Prior to joining us, Mark spent 15 years with the Posh, where he kept a clean sheet in their 1-0 Third Division Playoff final win of 2000. Two years later he was named in the PFA Second Division Team of the Year (now League 1).
